Hart County names Teachers of the Year

The
Hart County School System's individual schools have chosen their 2010-2011 teachers
of the year. They are Joanne Moore at South
Hart Elementary, Jennifer Smith at North Hart Elementary,
Ana Gordy at Hart County High School, Amanda
Ayers at Hart County Middle School and Pam Foster at Hartwell Elementary.
A system teacher of the year will be named after a three-person panel of judges
from outside the system evaluates the teachers Nov. 13. “We're happy to be able
to recognize our teachers of the year,” Superintendent of Schools David Hicks
said. “This is a very well deserving group.”
