DESCRIPTION:Join Lake Hartwell Yoga for a special event to honor the Spring Equinox\, March 19th\, 2020 at 6:45 PM. The equinox happens only twice a year. Once in the spring and once in the fall. This is when the length of the day is close to the same length of the night creating a day of balance. This sound meditation will include drumming meditation and chanting creating vibrations to cleanse the mind and body.
