Sound baths are an opportunity to allow sound to comfort and heal the body. The vibrations of the bowls allow for internal energy to break away and leave the body.\n\n\n\nAs you lay in savasana\, the vibrations fill your body and the room. Since the sound bowls are specifically tuned to your chakras you may see colors or feel sensations arise.
