DESCRIPTION:The Hart County Republican Party has another outstanding speaker lined up for the Oct Meeting.\n\n \n\n	\n		\n			\n			\n			\n				\n					\n						\n						\n						Dr. Cham Dallas will join us this month to share his expertise in emergency management and response\, disaster medicine and emergency preparedness. Dr. Dallas is the Director of the Institute for Disaster Management at UGA's College of Public Health.As an expert on issues regarding radiation contamination\, he has made over a dozen scientific expeditions to Chernobyl and six trips to contaminated areas from the Fukushima disaster. And he has shared his knowledge on the threat of nuclear disasters and terrorism with Congress\, the U.N.\, and around the globe. He received a BA in Biology and a PhD in Toxicology and Health Administration from University of Texas\, Austin.
