DESCRIPTION:Dylan Purcell\, Hartwell native and Trump Victory Initiative Field Director will explain why packing the Supreme Court will eliminate the checks and balances between the Legislative\, Executive\, and Judicial branches of our government and turn the US into a one party country.\n\n\n\nSupreme Court-packing means enlarging the high court from nine justices\, as it's been since 1869\, to as many as 15   and filling the new seats with judges supporting one party.\n\nIt's so radical an idea that the Senate (and the public) rejected it even when President Franklin Roosevelt pushed it  in the 1930's after the Court threw out much of his early New Deal as unconstitutional.\n\n\n\nMoreover\, doing it now would require killing the Senate's filibuster rules entirely and upsetting the checks and balances between the Legislative\, Executive and Judiciary branches of our government. \n\n\n\nBacktalk LIVE\n\nThe live\, political call in talk show that gives local taxpayers a voice.
