DESCRIPTION:MedLink Georgia and The Blood Connection will present a Wellness Fair & Blood Drive on Friday\, March 4\, hosted by Cateechee\, located 140 Cateechee Trail in Hartwell\, GA. The fair will take place from 1-6 p.m. and will offer a wide range of screenings and feature educational opportunities as well as local vendors\, and blood mobile. There will also be door prizes\, giveaways\, and gift cards for blood donors.\n\n\n\nThe Blood Connection will be receiving blood donations at their blood mobile in Cateechee's parking lot. The need for blood is urgent\, and appointments are not necessary to donate blood. Appointments may be booked through the Blood Connection website linked here. \n\n\n\nHealth screenings available at the fair will include blood pressure\, BMI\, glucose screening\, vision and eye health\, and hearing check\, all offered free of charge by MedLink Family Medicine.\n\n\n\nLocal business partners offering services include:\n\n	Fitness and Golf by: Andrew Oliphant of The Leadbetter Academy\, Empower Yoga\, Bell Family YMCA\, Empower Yoga\, Physique Boutique\, and various local personal trainers\n	Wellness by: MedLink Georgia\, Eden Family Chiropractic\, A Touch of Hartwell Massage Therapy\, Benchmark Physical Therapy\, and Doula at Hart\n	Food and Nutrition by: Candace Dorsey\, Licensed Nutritionist\, Hartwell Nutrition\, and The Farmer's Daughter \n\nThe event is free and open to the public.
