She served as Hart County's Archway Professional for several years through the University of Georgia's Archway Partnership before becoming the President and CEO of the Madison County Chamber of Commerce. Her career also includes time with the Georgia Agribusiness Council. In 2025\, Anna launched Harper and Mary Strategies\, a Comer-based consulting firm that combines her love of people and plants. The firm offers leadership and talent development through workshops\, retreats\, and coaching rooted in the Emergenetics assessment\, along with native\, pollinator-friendly landscape design drawn from her horticulture background. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture in horticulture and a Certificate in Sustainable Landscape Design\, and she has long lived by the motto "bloom where you are planted."
