An Important Statement to our Members

Amanda Brown has been named Interim Executive Director of the Hart County Chamber of Commerce, effective immediately. The announcement was made by Wyndee McKinnon, Chair of the Hart County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Ms. Brown joined the Chamber in October 2022 as Administrative Assistant and was promoted to Executive Assistant in May 2023. Previously, she worked as a Senior Tax Specialist at H&R Block, as an Associate Partner at Vickery’s Hardware and Garden, and as a postal carrier. She is a member of the Hart County Board of Tax Assessors and served as chair from January 2022 until January 2024.

Ms. Brown replaces Lindsey Ingle, who was Executive Director for 15 months.

“We appreciate Lindsey’s contributions in her tenure as Executive Director, and wish her well in future endeavors,” Ms. McKinnon said.
