Weekend of Hart 5K and Fun Run
Sept. 20 - 5K and Fun RunWeekend of Hart will host their annual 5K and Fun Run on September 20. The event will be held at the Big Oaks Recreation Center (Hartwell Dam). Five local non-profits organizations will benefit from the Weekend of Hart: Hart Habitat of Humanity, Hart Life Pregnancy Care Center, Savannah River Trout Unlimited, Hart Co. High School Skills USA and Hartwell GICH Community Garden. Awards for the top three finishers in each age category as well as Over All and Masters Male/Female categories. Applications are available at Hart Habitat for Humanity and the Chamber of Commerce or register online at active.com. Virtual option is also available. Fun Run is one mile. Early registration is available for $25 per runner and includes a t-shirt. This run is part of Black Bag, Clover Glove and AAA Race Series. Call 706.436.2169 or 706.371-0830 for more details.
