Customer Service Representative

Now Hiring – Customer Service Representative
The Hart County Water & Sewer Authority is accepting applications for a full-time Customer
Service Representative.
This position is responsible for assisting customers in person, by telephone, and electronically
while performing payment processing, account maintenance, assisting with utility billing and
other offi ce support functions.
We are looking for someone who:
• Enjoys working with the public
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Is profi cient with computers and Microsoft Offi ce
• Can work independently and as part of a team
Qualifi cations
• High school diploma or GED required
• Customer service and offi ce experience preferred
• Utility billing experience is a plus but not required
