Real Estate Paralegal

Berelc Law Office is looking to hire a Real Estate Paralegal to assist with real estate closings.

Responsibilities may include opening closing files, communicating with buyers, sellers, Realtors, lenders, and title abstractors, ordering title work, preparing closing documents, assisting with SoftPro entries, scheduling closings, and handling post-closing matters.
Real estate experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with clients and deadlines.

This is an in-office position at Berelc Law Office in Lavonia.
