New Ink, New Sparkle: Downtown Hartwell Welcomes The Vault Tattoo Co. and Everlocked Permanent Jewelry

Something new made its mark in Downtown Hartwell last week. Hart Chamber and Hartwell Main Street joined the community for the ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration of The Vault Tattoo Co. and Everlocked Permanent Jewelry at 50 S. Carter Street.

The owners spent months transforming the space into a chic, modern studio, and on August 14th it finally opened its doors. Guests toured the finished space, met the people behind the two businesses, and heard about their plans for Downtown Hartwell.

The Vault Tattoo Co. brought something entirely new to Hartwell: it's the first tattoo shop in the community since Georgia's laws changed to allow tattooing under new regulations. Right next door, Everlocked Permanent Jewelry offered a different kind of keepsake, permanent jewelry crafted for anyone looking for a special piece to wear every day.

The celebration even had a memorable first: Chamber board member Pete got the very first tattoo at The Vault, kicking things off in style.
