Nominations Are Now Open for the 2025 Hart County Chamber of Commerce Awards

The Hart County Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce that nominations are now open for our 2025 Annual Awards! This is your opportunity to recognize the individuals, businesses, and organizations that have made a significant impact in Hart County over the past year. From leadership and innovation to volunteerism and community service, these awards honor those who go above and beyond to make our community thrive.
This year’s awards include:

Business Person of the Year – An individual with a widely recognized reputation as a successful manager and community leader.

Women in Business Award – A woman whose leadership, vision, and professional accomplishments have made a positive impact in her industry and in the community. A strong nominee is a trailblazer who uplifts others, fosters growth, and inspires future generations of women in business.

Community Champion – An individual or group that has made in-depth, long-term volunteer contributions to the community. Nominees are active, involved, and enthusiastic about making Hartwell a wonderful place to live and work.

Excellence in Agriculture Award – Honors an individual or business that meaningfully advances Hart County’s agricultural industry through innovation, stewardship, or community leadership. Ideal nominees demonstrate dedication to responsible farming practices and contribute to the long-term vitality of local agriculture.

Young Professional of the Year – An individual between the ages of 21-40 who demonstrates excellence and initiative in their business or profession, provides valuable service through community involvement, and serves as a role model for young leaders.

Chamber Volunteer of the Year – A Chamber member who has devoted time and energy to Chamber functions and events, demonstrating commitment to voluntary service and helping grow the community through vision and leadership.

Impact Business of the Year – A business or industry with over 50 employees that has achieved remarkable results, advanced the local economy, exemplifies corporate citizenship, and fosters a corporate culture that enhances the lives of its employees.

Small Business of the Year – An established business with fewer than 50 employees that has demonstrated growth over at least two years, provides superior customer service, and shows outstanding support for the community.

Non-Profit Organization of the Year – Recognizes a group that has best used its resources to better the community. Nominees must be IRS 501(c)(3) approved organizations.

Lifetime Achievement Award – Honors an individual who has dedicated themselves to the greater good of all, leaving a lasting impact on Hart County.
