Join our team as a Production Machine Operator and build your skills in a dynamic environment.

Production Machine Operators work in many different production departments, working together to ensure the efficient production of high quality parts.

Your profile:

• You’re excited to learn and grow in a hands-on role
• You’re interested in working in a high tech manufacturing environment
• Able to participate in on the job training held on 1st shift for at least 2 weeks, but ready to move to an off shift after completing training.

Your tasks:

• Meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards
• Measure and inspect parts for blueprint accuracy using precision tools
• Communicate key details during daily shift change meetings
• Prepare and check containers, ensuring correct labels and part counts
• Adjust machines when needed and record changes as required
• Keep the workspace safe, clean, and well-organized
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned

Your schedule:

• 12 Hour Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 12 Hour Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:05 AM

Pay starts at $16/hour during training, with pay increases as you complete training and move to your shift.
