2026 Nicki Meyer Scholarship Applications Now Open
January 27, 2026Applications are now open for the Nicki Meyer Scholarship, a $1,000 award created to honor the memory and lasting legacy of Nicki Meyer, former Executive Director of the Hart County Chamber of Commerce.
This scholarship reflects Nicki’s passion for leadership, entrepreneurship, and community service. It is designed to support a Hart County graduating high school senior who demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership qualities, and a genuine commitment to making a difference in their community.
Who Should Apply
The Nicki Meyer Scholarship will be awarded to a Hart County High School senior in good standing who is on track to graduate and has a clear interest in entrepreneurship. Applicants must have completed community service hours with a Hart County organization and show a desire to invest their talents and ideas back into the community.
Application Requirements
To be considered, applicants must submit:
- A completed scholarship application
- Two letters of recommendation (one from a teacher or advisor and one non-relative personal reference)
- A professional resume
- A business plan outlining a new business idea or an existing business the student has already started
The business plan should clearly explain the student’s vision and demonstrate creativity, initiative, and thoughtful planning.
