Lavonia, Ga. – Sacred Heart Primary Care, the practice of Dr. Amanda Thomason and nurse practitioners Cassie Dawkins and Amy Evans, has a new phone number, effective immediately: (706) 356-6700.

Due to circumstances beyond the control of St. Mary’s Medical Group, the old phone number – (706) 356-1422 – is no longer in service. Patients are urged to update their contact information to the new number: (706) 356-6700.

Sacred Heart Primary Care remains at 355 Clear Creek Parkway, Suite 1003, Lavonia, and patient care continues without interruption. Current patients are always welcome to use MyChart to access information about appointments, test results, billing, and more, and to communicate with their providers. New patients can also use MyChart to schedule a new patient appointment by going to www.stmarys-health.org and using the “Find A Doctor” function.
