Celebrate the Spring Equinox with Sound Meditation

Join Lake Hartwell Yoga for a special event to honor the Spring Equinox, March 19th, 2020 at 6:45 PM. The equinox happens only twice a year. Once in the spring and once in the fall. This is when the length of the day is close to the same length of the night creating a day of balance. This sound meditation will include drumming meditation and chanting creating vibrations to cleanse the mind and body. Casey Scott will be the host of this wonderful event as is a professional drummer and yoga instructor with Lake Hartwell Yoga. 

The cost is that of a class.
