The Global Rotational Training Program (GRTP) is a multi-year, structured development program designed for motivated students and recent graduates interested in advanced manufacturing, engineering, and operations. This program combines hands-on technical training, cross-departmental rotations, and international experience to prepare participants for long-term careers within a global manufacturing organization.

Participants rotate through key functional areas such as production, quality, and operations to gain a full understanding of manufacturing processes, continuous improvement methods, and quality standards. A core component of the program includes extended training at our headquarters in Germany, where participants learn global processes, technical standards, and leadership practices directly from our international teams.
