Leadership Hart Returns to Empower Future Community Leaders

The Hart County Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the return of Leadership Hart, a dynamic leadership development program designed to equip local citizens with the skills, knowledge, and connections needed to drive positive change in the community.

Offered in partnership with the J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development at the University of Georgia, Leadership Hart provides a hands-on approach to leadership training. Through engaging sessions on leadership styles, networking, community collaboration, and leading change, participants will explore the inner workings of Hart County while developing personal and professional leadership skills.

One of the program’s hallmarks is a real community project that participants plan and implement together—turning what they’ve learned into action that benefits Hart County directly.
