JDCON, Inc. began in a small shop in Hartwell, Georgia, in 2001 – built by brothers, Jonathan and David Benner, with determination, perseverance and the fundamental belief in doing what is right. They have continued to build their concrete construction business with a basis on integrity and a focus on excellence.
